Universities in Troyan
Sharena Fabrika International School for Gastronomy and Heritage crafts is a new kind of campus in Bulgaria. The campus consists of two schools, student residence, teacher's house and 12 000 m2 of gardens. The Culinary school will open its doors to students in September 2026. The courses are developed in partnership with FERRANDI Paris, one of the most prestigious gastronomy schools in Europe.
