Overview
The Advanced Product Management course from the RMIT University will equip you with robust professional skills in product innovation, lifecycle management, commercial acumen, product economics, and data-driven decisions. You will learn to develop and justify a business case and commercial model, produce and present data visualisations to show key insights and explain your strategic decisions, coordinate a process to generate ideas, gather feedback and ideate product solutions as well as develop a strategy to support the product through its lifecycle.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Develop and justify a business case and commercial model to support product recommendations
- Produce and present data visualisations to show key insights and explain your strategic decisions
- Coordinate a process to generate ideas, gather feedback and ideate product solutions using customers and your organisation as key stakeholders
- Develop a strategy to support the product throughout the lifecycle including decline and justify your approach
