What you will study
The Building Defects - Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair course offered by National University of Singapore covers the evaluation of design, construction and Facilities Management practices and spearheading the integration of sustainable design and maintainability, with green facilities management (FM) in mind throughout the life cycle of a facility, right from the planning/design stage.
It aims to improve the standard and quality of design, construction and maintenance practices to produce efficient facilities that require minimum maintenance.

- Inspect the severity/impact of defects/anomalies
