What you will study
Some simple techniques involving linear regression and classification will be parts of the hands-on activities of the Practical Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn course offered by University Teknologi PETRONAS. Rather than implementing own versions of algorithms, the participants will be using actual production ready Python frameworks – Scikit-Learn.
Scikit-Learn is one of the most popular machine learning libraries for python. It is easier to use, and it implements many Machine Learning algorithms efficiently. As such, it makes for a great entry point to learn Machine Learning.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
