Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Applications of Finite Element Method for Electromagnetic Waves in general.
  • Simulation of EM waves using Finite Element Method by COMSOL software.
  • Simulation of Seabed environment and hydrocarbon Prediction using Finite Element Method by COMSOL software.

  • Post process and visualize in 2D and 3D results.
  • Development of 2D modeling of Seabed environment using Finite Element Method theoretically
  • Simulation of 2D modeling of Seabed environment using resistive scaled model tank considering Finite Element Method by COMSOL software for mathematical model
