Overview
The Computer adaptive testing for beginners series of three workshops course from the University of Cambridge helps the test measure each individual learner’s ability more accurately because it adapts to select content best suited to each test taker’s ability, instead of giving the same questions to everyone. This is an opportunity for personalised testing and learning.
For assessment practitioners, computer adaptive testing can improve accuracy and efficiency across a wider range of reporting levels through secure, precise, and instantly scored assessments.
Our three-part live online workshop series, Computer adaptive testing for beginners, is designed to equip you with the confidence and competence to make informed decisions on how to use CATs most effectively in your own context.
If you’re looking to improve the efficiency and precision of your testing through adaptive assessments, or you’re interested in understanding how adaptive tests are designed, delivered, and managed, this workshop series will give you everything you need to get going.
The session is open to anyone who would find it useful. Previous attendees have included:
- Assessment Managers
