More and more legal professionals across all areas of practice are being forced to seek and provide guidance in situations where there is little certainty, but quick and decisive action is required.
The Law of Emergencies - Practical Strategies in Disaster Preparedness, Management and Recovery course offered by York University is designed specifically for legal professionals in private practice, in-house or in government who want to develop an expertise in the emerging area of “emergency law”.
