• Based directly on what we’ve heard from clients and members of the Rotman community, the Executive Leadership Online program offered by University of Toronto is designed to help senior leaders overcome new and increasingly complex challenges brought on by remote work, thorny political situations, and a changing workforce.

In this program, we will explore the psychology of meaningful work and its role in employee engagement. These insights will equip you to drive change and to shape a high-performance culture within your organization.
