The Advanced Leaders Programme (ILM level 5) is designed for individuals who are practising middle managers or current first line managers aspiring to progress in their management career. This eight day programme is designed to equip you with the tools and techniques to continue to develop your leadership style. Focusing on developing your own skills, by looking at how you can review your own ability and identify potential development opportunities; motivating your team through leadership; and techniques to solve problems and inform decision making.
