Overview
BIM in Operation and Maintenance at the UWE Bristol (University of the West of England) looks at the role of BIM and related technologies that can be adopted for building and asset operation and maintenance, and how to overcome the challenges of BIM Facilities Management (FM) integration.
Learning and Teaching
The module is delivered by way of five study days for face to face teaching. Recorded lectures and the use of email discussion groups of virtual learning environments (VLEs) and other technology-aided means are also employed.

- This module can be taken as a standalone module, or used to build up credit towards a named postgraduate qualification (PG Certificate, PG Diploma or Masters) within our School of Architecture and Environment Award: MSc Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Design Construction Operations.
