  • There are no formal entry requirements, but the ILM recommends that candidates have successfully completed a coaching qualification at level 5 or 7 or alternatively have had extensive coaching experience.

  • You must be able to complete a minimum of 20 hours coaching supervision with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 coaches.
