Over the last decade, interest in cryo-electron microscopy has grown due to groundbreaking developments in instrumentation. This has resulted in the explosive growth in the production of structures using Single Particle Analysis (SPA). Apart from the course to teach users how to operate high-end systems in the Nano-Imaging Core Facility (NICF-IP), Institut Pasteur now introduces a new course, Cryo Em - Single Particle Imaging, on how to process SPA data to the highest resolution.
