Overview
The focus will be around learning how to be less anxious and more at ease around food and eating. Through practicing paying attention to the present moment, without judgement, we can cultivate the capacity to tune into the physical experience of eating and how they relate to our moods and emotions. In time, we can regain our natural freedom around food.
