Overview
After this nine-month professional Annual Training on the Regulation of Energy Utilities program from Florence School of Transnational Governance, you will be equipped to take adequate positions on competition, the integration of markets and networks, quality of service, economic efficiency, and security of supply, with the ultimate goal of protecting the interests of consumers and the better integration of market participants and networks into a common European energy market.
Key Facts
The training is led by Prof. Pérez Arriaga (Honorary Course Director) and Carlos Batlle, who have been teaching the course “Engineering, Economics and Regulation of the Electric Power Sector” at MIT for the last ten years. They are supported by leading experts in the field, who will channel their knowledge into interactive lectures, case studies, and live webinars, and provide all participants with insights and timely feedback on their work.
In this online course, you will have the chance to discuss and learn from your instructors and peers, via interactive live classes, Q&A sessions, and masterclasses (35 live sessions in total).
