The China Coaching Programme course from Institute for China Studies aims to help you with your unique personal situation of your leadership role and the course of your organization. We do this by asking critical questions, holding up mirrors, presenting ideas, presenting surprising perspectives and sharing experiences. Both from a business and personal perspective. You broaden your horizons and learn to see surprising possibilities or solutions.

You are looking for sparring with a hands-on and experienced China-focused entrepreneur who helps set priorities, discusses options and pitfalls and supports you with practical knowledge, in order to get you results faster. Structure, overview and consistency are three of the success factors in this process.

- Initial session with your executive coach to discuss the assessments and Individual Development Plan
- Confidential executive coaching on a mutually agreed schedule
- Regular evaluation of progress made focused on key performance criteria
