It combines solid theoretical foundations with hands-on laboratory training.
The theoretical lectures will introduce participants to the main fundamentals of flow cytometry, covering key concepts such as data acquisition, morphological data analysis, and multicolor flow cytometry. Specific topics will include doublet discrimination, fluorescence compensation, cell viability, proliferation, and morphological data.
The theoretical lectures will offer participants direct experience in applying these concepts, focusing on essential experimental approaches such as cell cycle analysis, morphological data evaluation, and the assessment of mitochondrial membrane potential. The Summer School will be activated with at least 8 students.
