You'll be guided by top Kellogg faculty in collaboration with recognized corporate governance experts, to deepen your understanding of your responsibilities as a board member, develop the essential skills and strategic insight needed to serve effectively and learn how to apply them in practice.
You’ll orient yourself to the shareholders’ perspective, gain an understanding of the interests of multiple constituencies and learn frameworks that can move the board beyond ensuring compliance with identifying opportunities for long-term value creation.
